Kasey's Questions

Boy was yesterday busy and it appears as though I am falling behind on the whole photo challenge thing.  First and foremost though I wanted to post some answers to questions that Kasey sent me over at buttonwoodcottage.blogspot.com!

1. When is your birthday?

-September 27th

2. What is your favorite color?

-Green

3. Where do you go/what do you do when you are overwhelmed and need to clear your head?

-I take a hot bath then retreat to my bedroom with a good book

4. Who would you call if you needed help burying a body? [oh yeah I just asked who your shovel buddy is.]

- Hahaha!  Hmmm…I am thankful to say I have quite a few, which is good, because I am quite small

5. What is your favorite movie and why do you like it so much?

- Wizard of Oz is hands down my most favorite movie.  I was the theme of one of my birthdays when I was little and I was absolutely OBSESSED with.  I learned all the lines and can basically recite it word for word so needless to say I don’t watch it with anyone.  I think I like it so much because it reminds me so much of my childhood, and because it is such a historical movie, and not to mention the amazing message within it

6. If you had 15  minutes to go back in time and give the high school freshman version  of yourself a piece of advice - what would it be?

- Work really hard and don’t care so much about what every one thinks, embrace high school because it’s the “safest” time of your adult life

7. What is your favorite article of clothing in your closet or dresser?

- My yellow Iowa State hoodie.  My favorite thing to wear is definitely jeans, flip flops, and a cute t-shirt

8. Your plans for the day have been canceled [don't worry you weren't looking forward to it]. What are you going to do with the 8 hours you have just freed up?

- Housework and devotional time

9. Of all the DIY projects and crafty goodness you've created what is your current favorite?

-I think my favorite would have to be  the side table that I re-purposed.  I am really looking forward to becoming MORE crafty

10. You won a contest and were just given $1000...what do you do with it?

- Pay bills

11. You're super well connected fairy godmother is paying you a visit and asks if there is anyone you are eager to meet. She loves connecting people so you need to come up with someone, fast, so as not to offend her. Who do you ask to meet and why?

- Johnson.  I would talk him out of getting us involved in Vietnam.  Pointless, absolutely pointless
